Delivery

Delivery of your new product is done with great care at CW-X. 

 

For your convenience, we'll deliver express anywhere within Australia. More importantly, the delivery cost for your product/s is free anywhere within Australia.

 

CW_X will make best efforts to deliver products within 3 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. Depending on your location and the time your order comes in, the product may even be delivered to you within 24-hours. 

 

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched by express post immediately. Just to keep you in the loop, we'll notify you when your product is dispatched.

 

We require a signature upon delivery, so please have someone at the delivery address to take receipt of your product/s.  But don't worry if you're not home when the product/s are delivered. Our courier will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. The courier will leave your new product at the local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

 

CW-X is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

Delivery to New Zealand

In case you are ordering CW-X garments from New Zealand, it cost an extra $20 AUD for the delivery of up to two pair of shoes. If you purchase more than two items the shipping cost will be re-calculated and adjusted downwards.  

 

Returns

From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't fully satisfy your requirements or simply doesn't fit.

To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, CW-X offers you a 60-day Return Policy.

This means that you can return your product within 60-days of purchase and receive a full refund.


To return your product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:

1. Please complete the Return Reason on your Return Slip (emailed to you upon return request) indicating the reason for your return and include this form with your return shipment.

2. Place the CW-X Garment(s)  you wish to return in the original packaging they arrived in and place inside a Aus post satchel (the cost of this will be refunded with your original purchase price) . Please note that the garment must be in undamaged condition for you to be able to return it.


Please note that for any garments if the CW-X garment tag is removed, this will mean your purchase is no longer returnable for ANY reason, so please only remove this once you’re sure the love is real and everlasting and want you to keep your purchase!


5. Once we receive your garment(s), we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely at our warehouse. Our Returns Team will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in undamaged condition.

6. Our Returns Team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account to allow for bank processing.

On rare occasions, we may decline to offer a refund, even if it's within the returns window.

 

  • All garments must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear AND
in their original, undamaged packaging.

If this is not the case, we'll advise you that a refund has been declined and we'll return the product to you.

If you have misplaced your returns slip, please drop us an email and we'll send you one immediately, along with a return authorisation number.
